What I was hoping to put across was the idea that macros that are defined
before a connection is made should have the ability to be maked as 'safe'.
This would mean that any macros that had been developed to aid the transfer
of files or the changing of keymappings in our case could be marked used
with APC on rather than UNCHECKED.
